I must make it clear to any and every person reading this blog that it is entirely my own personal opinion when I say that I rate TopCashBack as the very best, cash back site.

There are other cash back sites to be found but I know of no other that gives it's members 100% of the cash back received from the merchants. Most will only pass on a smaller percentage or charge a fee.
